Let me start off by informing you this is a CASH ONLY facility so make sure you hit the ATM before coming. Bring enough to cover the meal or meals and make sure you tip your Server. They work their hearts out behind the counter and they're nice people. Service here was prompt. The moment you sit down you will be tended to pretty quickly. Definitely a bonus if time is limited. Friendly and professional staff who will check in on you during your meal without being a pain in the ass. This seems like the community's go-to for a quick bite. Everyone seems to know each other so there's a bit of a familial vibe going on here. I got the Italian Hoagie. Large with lettuce, tomato, and onions, black olives, and mayo, light oil and vinegar. The cold cuts were cold, the vegetables were fresh. It was a GREAT sandwich. The key thing I noticed, however, was the roll. The roll was probably the freshest I have ever eaten in a long time and it further enhances the experience of enjoying a good hoagie. Think about it: the veritable cradle that holds together the meats and cheese. Soft and delicious. By the looks of things, they go through a lot of those rolls, too. And with good reason. If you DO decide to swing in there for one of their hoagies, do yourself a favor and order a large one. It's a belly banger, for sure. But because you're SMART, you'll eat one half now and the other half when you get home. Definitely worth your while to check this place out!

Stopped here, original destination closed for vacation. Great small shop. Service was a little slow but very busy on Saturday morning. Wanna go back and try a hoagie

Drove past here dozens of times and never stopped - glad I did. Had the Santa Fe turkey and bacon. Sandwich is incredible, the bread is better. Also got some fried apps, which were also on point. Service was stellar. Highly recommend this place, and compliments to the staff.

Great sub shop! Tommy's did not disappoint. I keep forgetting how big and filling these subs really are. I like the Italian Deluxe.

A local favorite for subs and pizza. The staff are friendly and helpful. Noteworthy is the fact they don't take cards. Cash or check only, so come prepared for payment. The bread used for the subs is some of the best I've ever had. Very much worth a visit!

This was the first place we ate from upon arriving back in town. Coming from the Chicago area, we were visiting my dad's siblings who's sister lives in town and younger brother in Coaldale. These are a couple of things I look forward to when visiting the area, cheesesteaks & hoagies. Although there are many venues in the area that make cheesesteaks & hoagies, Tommy's usually comes to mind for my old man. This is first time in 14 years I've been back here and the very first time for my wife & kids visiting the state. My wife was born & raised in Honduras so seeing all the mountains made her feel at home and she enjoyed good ol' PA grub. They do well here and sadly not sure when we'll be back. Arrived back home just over a week ago and already miss being there. Hope for continued boomin' business for the owner(s).
